Please be aware of followings when you come to pick up your items：
An evidence is required to prove the ownership.
The person comes to manage the procedure of recognizing and taking the item back must be the original owner.
it has to be the original owner to come and pick up the item when it is a precious items or inscriptions.
The owner needs to come back to the theme park and manage the procedure of getting the item within six months from the day it lost in our park. Alternatively, the Leofoo Village theme park will manage the item based on the related regulation of Civil Law after the period of six months.
The owner needs to go to the tourist service center to manage the procedures. The shipping cost needs to be paid off by the owner when the owner requests the item to be shipped instead of coming to get it in person.
