Hello! Welcome to the online reservation system for the Steakhouse at Leofoo Village Theme Park. Please read the following important information before making your reservation.

Please refer to the restaurant's reservation guidelines before proceeding. Completing your reservation indicates your agreement with the following terms. Thank you for your cooperation.

★ Reservation Guidelines:

(1) Reservations for the Steakhouse do not include admission tickets. If you need tickets, please purchase them on the official website.

(2) For January reservations, you are required to bind a credit card to ensure your reservation is held. To avoid affecting future reservation privileges, each guest is required to pay a deposit of NT$300 per person, and your reservation will be confirmed once the credit card is bound. (The deposit is calculated by the number of people and cannot be changed. If you need to adjust the number of guests, please contact the restaurant in advance.)

★ Deposit Prepayment Guidelines:

(1) Cancelling the reservation 7 days before the dining date (including the reservation date) will not incur any fees.

(2) Cancelling the reservation 3 days before the dining date (including the reservation date) will incur a 50% charge of the deposit.

(3) Cancelling within 3 days (including the reservation date) or on the day of the reservation, or failing to show up will result in no refund of the deposit. Note: If there are changes in the number of guests, please contact the restaurant for adjustments no later than the day before the dining date. If the number of guests is less than the reserved number, the deposit for the missing guests will not be refunded. If the number exceeds the reserved number, the restaurant will check availability. If there are no seats, extra guests cannot be accommodated.

★ Example: If Hobby reserved a table for 4 people on January 29, with a deposit of NT$1,200 (credit card bound), and later needed to cancel:

• If cancelled by January 22, 23:59, no deposit will be charged.
• If cancelled by January 24, 23:59, a deposit of NT$600 will be charged.
• If cancelled after January 26, 00:00 or on the same day, or if the reservation is missed, the deposit will not be refunded.
• If the number of guests is reduced to 3 on January 29 (the dining day), a charge of NT$300 for the missing guest will apply.

1. Reservations are only accepted online, with a maximum of 8 people per reservation (including children). The number of guests cannot be changed after the reservation is made. If you need to change, please contact the restaurant.
2. Adults and children over 100 cm must order at least one meal (Adults NT$999 and above, Children NT$799). Children under 100 cm will incur an entrance fee and cleaning fee of NT$399 per person (includes one commemorative cup).
3. On the day of dining, you cannot increase the number of guests at the site. Seats are assigned according to the reservation number. Seats are assigned in the order of reservations, and cannot be selected by the guests. Due to limited seating, seats will be arranged based on the number of guests, and if there are not enough seats, you may be asked to share a table with others. We appreciate your understanding.
4. For the lunch session, check-in and meal orders must be completed by 11:10. The reserved seat will be held for 10 minutes; if you are late, the seat will not be held, and the restaurant will accommodate other waiting guests. (For check-in, please go to the entrance counter of the amusement park from 09:00 to 10:30. After 10:30, check-in will be at the Steakhouse counter.)
5. Lunch service begins at 11:00, and food delivery will pause during the performance period. Please arrive early to avoid delays and to ensure other guests' viewing rights are not affected.
6. Performance time: 12:30 PM for lunch, with a performance duration of about 30 minutes.
7. Due to limited space, strollers and pushchairs should be placed outside the restaurant. Please keep valuable items with you, as the restaurant is not responsible for storage.
8. If you need special seating (children’s chairs, accessible facilities), please note this in the comments for assistance with arrangements.
