Notes & Important Information

Hello! Welcome to the online reservation system for the Steakhouse Restaurant at Leofoo Village Theme Park. Please read the following information carefully before making a reservation.

★ The Steakhouse Restaurant will be temporarily closed from Jan 2 to Feb 16 for annual maintenance.
★ Feb 17–Feb 22 (Chinese New Year holidays) are operating days. Menu offerings are subject to on-site availability.
★ Feb 23–Jun 28: The restaurant will be open on weekends and national holidays.

★ Reservation Policy:

(1) Restaurant reservations do NOT include park admission tickets. Please purchase admission tickets separately via the Leofoo Village official website if needed.
(2) To protect reservation rights, a credit card binding is required. A prepaid deposit of NT$300 per person is required. After booking, a deposit payment SMS will be sent to the reservation phone number. The reservation is confirmed once the credit card is successfully bound.
The deposit must be paid within 3 days; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
(Deposit amount is calculated based on the number of guests and cannot be adjusted. For changes in guest count, please contact the restaurant in advance.)

★ Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

(1) Cancellations made 7 days prior to the dining date (inclusive): no charge.
(2) Cancellations made 3 days prior to the dining date (inclusive): 50% of the deposit will be charged.
(3) Cancellations within 3 days of the dining date, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: deposit is non-refundable.

Notes:
Any changes to the number of guests must be made no later than one day before the dining date. If the actual number of guests is fewer than reserved, the deposit for absent guests will not be refunded or deducted from meal charges. If more guests arrive than reserved, seating will depend on availability; additional seats cannot be guaranteed.

Example:
Hobbit reserves a table for 4 people on Feb 17. A deposit of NT$1,200 is charged via credit card.

• Cancel by Feb 10, 23:59 → No deposit charged

• Cancel by Feb 14, 23:59 → NT$600 charged

• Cancel after Feb 15, 00:00 / same-day cancellation / no-show → No refund

• If the guest count is not adjusted by Feb 16 and only 3 guests arrive on Feb 17, an additional NT$300 will be charged.

1. Reservations are available online only. Maximum of 8 guests per reservation (including children). Guest count cannot be changed after booking; please call (03-5475665#3401) for changes.

2. Adults and children over 100 cm in height are required to order one minimum-priced meal (Adults from NT$899, Children NT$799). Children under 100 cm will be charged an entrance & cleaning fee of NT$399 per person (includes a souvenir cup).

3. Additional guests cannot be added on the dining day. Seating is assigned based on reservation order; seat selection is not available. Shared seating may occur due to limited space.

4. Please complete check-in, ordering, and payment before 11:00 AM. Reservations are held for 10 minutes only. Late arrivals will forfeit seating without notice.
   (Check-in: 09:00–10:30 at the park entrance counter; after 10:30, check in at the restaurant counter.)

5. Lunch service begins at 11:00 AM. Meal service will pause during performances. Early entry is recommended.

6. Performance time: Weekends and national holidays at 12:30 PM (one show only).

7. Due to limited space, strollers must be parked outside the restaurant entrance. Please keep valuables with you.

8. For special seating needs (child seats, accessible facilities), please indicate in the remarks section.
