• Hello, welcome to the “Leofoo Village Theme Park – Haunted Restaurant” online reservation system. You are invited to join Renee’s Masquerade!

• The Haunted Restaurant now accepts reservations via IN LINE. You may book lunch and dinner sessions from Sep.6 to Nov.16 【Fridays, weekends, and holidays only】.

• Please read the reservation guidelines carefully before booking. By completing your reservation, you agree to the following terms. Thank you for your cooperation.

• ★ Reservation Guidelines:

  (1) Reservations for the Haunted Restaurant do not include park admission tickets. If you need admission tickets, please purchase them via the Leofoo Village official website.

  (2) To protect guests’ reservation rights, credit card binding is required. Reservations require a prepaid deposit of NT$300 per person. After booking, a “Deposit Payment SMS” will be sent to your reservation phone number. Once the credit card is bound, the reservation will be confirmed. Deposits must be bound within 7 days.

    Reservations without payment after the deadline will be automatically canceled. (Deposits are calculated per person and cannot be modified. If you wish to adjust the number of guests, please contact the restaurant in advance.)

  ★ Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

  (1) Cancellations made 7 days before the dining date (including the day of reservation) will not incur any charges.

  (2) Cancellations made 3 days before the dining date (including the day of reservation) will incur a 50% deposit charge.

  (3) Cancellations made within 3 days (including the dining date) or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

  Note: Changes in the number of guests must be made at least 1 day before the dining date. If the number of diners is fewer than the reservation, the deposit for absent guests will not be refunded. If the number of diners exceeds the reservation, seating is subject to availability.

  ★ Example:

  Renee books a table for 4 people on October 31 at the Haunted Restaurant. A deposit of NT$1,200 will be charged (via credit card binding). Due to a schedule change, Renee requests cancellation via SMS:

• If canceled before 23:59 on October 24, no deposit will be charged.

• If canceled before 23:59 on October 28, a deposit of NT$600 will be charged.

• If canceled after 00:00 on October 29, or on the dining day, or in case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

• If the reservation is not updated by October 30, but only 3 people show up on October 31, a NT$300 deposit for the missing guest will be charged.

1. Online reservations only. Maximum of 8 guests per reservation (including children). Changes cannot be made online after booking. Please contact the restaurant for adjustments.

2. Each adult and child over 100 cm must order at least one set meal (Adults from NT$1199, Children NT$899). Children under 100 cm will be charged NT$399 per person for entry and cleaning fees (includes a souvenir cup).

3. Additional guests cannot be added on the dining day. Seating will be arranged based on the number of guests reserved. Seats are assigned in booking order and cannot be specified. Due to limited seating, smaller groups may be seated with others.

4. Lunch reservations must check in and order by 11:10; dinner reservations by 16:10. Reservations will be held for 10 minutes only. Late arrivals will forfeit their seats without notice, and tables will be given to waiting guests.

 (Check-in from 09:00–10:30 at the Park Entrance Counter; after 10:30, please check in at the Haunted Restaurant Counter.)

5. Entry for lunch begins at 11:00; dinner at 16:00. Service pauses during performances. We recommend arriving early to avoid meal delays and to ensure performance viewing.

6. Showtimes: Lunch at 12:30, Dinner at 17:30. Please confirm your showtime in advance; changes are not allowed on the day. Important Notice: This show contains extreme scares. It is not recommended for minors, pregnant women, guests with anemia, heart disease, high blood pressure, or sensitive constitutions.

7. Due to limited space, baby strollers must be placed in the designated area outside the restaurant. Please keep valuables with you; the restaurant is not responsible for lost items.

8. For special seating needs (children’s chairs, accessibility facilities), please indicate in the remarks section for assistance.

9. Outside food and beverages are prohibited. Leofoo Village reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate event details without prior notice.
